Xantho 1022 – two interwined strings of copper

and this is how we made it:
two strands of 3mm solid copper are rolled flat to 1.2m with our Durston roller. Then the two flat strips are laid on top of each other and carefully twisted together. Cut to the correct length (according to your dimensions), the ends are TIG welded – a fusion welding process in which the end pieces are fused together in an arc. We use helium as an inert gas here, which enables us to produce an extremely precise weld seam – only the copper is melted here, so no other metal is added. Then we use our tail stick to forge the strand into an oval shape. polished again… and then. wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it… and off to the post office… and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.

This copper bracelet is also made to your exact specifications. This copper bracelet therefore has a very precise fit at the front of the wrist, the width of only 5x5mm and the weight of just under 20 grams are hardly noticeable on the wrist. (less than 5 minutes and you have forgotten the copper bracelet on your arm) This bracelet is very resistant and is therefore also suitable for daily use. Limited suitability (due to its light weight) for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof.

Here about copper: This copper bracelet is hand-forged from solid copper, so the skin contact is exclusively copper.
