and this is how we made it:
Four bars of solid copper are sawn to the correct length (according to your specifications), TIG welded at the ends – a fusion welding process in which the end pieces are fused together in an arc. We use helium as an inert gas here, which enables us to produce an extremely precise weld seam – only the copper is melted here, so no other metal is added. Copper and nothing but copper is used in this piece of jewelry.
Then cleaning with H2SO4, using a brass brush to remove the soft slag. Then the 4 bars are forged – these forging marks can later be clearly seen on the finished bracelet. Pressed into the oval shape with a 20-ton press, some areas reforged, finely ground and …….. then. …. packed, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.
As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications, it fits very precisely on the front of your wrist. Although the 30 mm width is somewhat bulky, the bracelet is comfortable to wear. The copper bracelet is very durable and waterproof. Due to its width and weight, it is only suitable for daily use to a limited extent, even under very demanding conditions. Very wide. Not suitable for sports activities such as golf or tennis.
