and this is how we did it:
We saw out a 15mm wide and 3mm thick strip (according to your measurements, please always measure exactly, here is the video tutorial) from solid copper. Then solder a 17 mm wide brass strip along the entire length using a silver brazing alloy. Cut off the excess brass.
The sides and ends are sanded round, then a channel is milled free in the middle with our old lid 3-D surface milling machine so that the copper is visible underneath. The edges and ends are carefully rounded. Polish the inside and outside, cut into the oval shape on the tailstock – polish again and then … then … and then…. wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.
This copper bangle is also made exactly to your specifications (please always measure exactly, here is the video tutorial). This copper bangle therefore has a very precise fit at the front of the wrist, the width of approx. 15mm and the weight of almost 75grams are a little noticeable on the wrist. This bracelet is absolutely resistant and is therefore suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions. Particularly suitable for sports activities such as golf or tennis. This copper bracelet is hand-forged from solid copper, the soldered-on brass does not come into contact with your skin. – The skin contact is therefore exclusively copper. Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that a copper bracelet helps with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints. Our design – simple and without unnecessary ornamentation. Clear traces of forging at the ends. The surface is shiny polished, two-tone. The copper bangle can be combined with any type of jewelry.
