The copper bracelet Luna , delicate, 2 to 9 mm wide and 2 mm thick, weighs about 22 grams –
This is how we made it:
1.6 mm solid round copper wire. 6 strands, twisted into each other like a rope. Then forged flat, sawn to the correct length (according to your dimensions) and the ends TIG welded – a fusion welding process in which the end pieces are fused together in an arc. We use helium as the inert gas here, which enables us to produce an extremely precise weld seam – only the copper is melted here, so no other metal is added. Copper and nothing but copper is used in this piece of jewelry. Then cleaned in 20% sulphuric acid, the slag removed with a brass brush, finely ground and then polished. Forged again and pressed into the oval shape. As with every order, the copper bracelet is then carefully packed, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be with you.
The bracelet is delicate, very elastic and easy to bend. Good for festive occasions and special occasions. Not suitable for physically demanding activities. Only limited for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof.
Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that a copper bracelet helps with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
