and this is how we did it:
We saw out a 5mm wide and 3mm thick strip (according to your measurements long – (please always measure exactly, here the video tutorial) of solid copper. The sides and ends are ground round and polished. Forged into an oval shape on our tailstock, which widens the strip. Clear traces of forging. Polished again… and then. wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it… and off to the post office… and then the copper bangle will soon be in your letterbox.
As the bangle was made exactly to your specifications, it will fit very precisely on the front of your wrist. As it is only 6 mm wide, the bangle is very comfortable to wear. The copper bangle is absolutely durable and is therefore suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions. It is also ideal for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof.
