and this is how we made it:
A bar, 6mm thick made of solid copper, rolled several times to a square profile with an edge length of c.a. 4 mm. The multiple rolling
the bracelet becomes very hard and extremely resistant. Saw the bar to length (according to your dimensions). The sides and edges are carefully ground round, then finely sanded and polished. Pressed into an oval shape with a press, the ends forged, minor imperfections smoothed and polished again,… and then: wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.
As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications, it fits very precisely on the front of your wrist. As it is only 4mm wide and weighs just 21 grams, the bracelet is very comfortable to wear and is barely noticeable on the wrist. Due to the multiple rolling, the copper bracelet is very resistant and is also suitable for daily use under the toughest conditions. Very good for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof.
Copper is good for you… Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that the bracelet helps them with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
